Initiate Your Request
Log into your GKTech account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Prepaid Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your return package.
Pack and Ship
Place the items in their original boxes with all tags attached, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange will be shipped within 5 business days.
